The roaring twenties
This unit is divided into themes of the 1920s. To prepare for the exam, students will be expected to complete a series of short essays about several figures of the era. Take a look at the study guide to get a look at the people and events covered during this two-week unit. In addition to the films posted at the bottom of this webpage, students will view clips from "Iron Jawed Angels" (2004), "Inherit the Wind" (1960), "America: Story of US - Boom," and an episode of "The Simpsons" (1997) about prohibition.
